These Terms govern your use of the website, your purchase of products, and your relationship with Useable Store. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

> Materials: Our products are manufactured using 100% recycled polyester, contributing to sustainable practices and ensuring you receive a premium, eco-friendly item.
- Orders, Payment, and Discounts
> Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and outlining the products ordered.
> Payment Methods: We accept a range of secured payment options including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and various popular online payment systems, as indicated during the checkout process.
> First-Time Order Discount: To welcome new customers, we offer a 10% discount on your first purchase. Use the promo code “FirstOrder” at checkout. This discount is valid solely for first-time orders and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping and Shipping Costs
> Shipping Period: We strive to process and dispatch your order promptly. Shipping is completed within a maximum of 5 days, depending on your region.
> Track & Trace: Once your order is shipped, a Track & Trace number will be provided so that you can monitor the journey of your package.
> Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout prior to completing your order.
- Returns and Refunds
> Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product(s) according to our Return Policy. Items must be returned in their original condition along with any packaging and documentation.
> Return Policy: Be careful with your returning, since it has to fulfill several suspects. We only accept returns that are in original condition, thus they have to remain in the package, including the labels. The legal returning policy that has been set by the EU, contains that you are able to return within 14 (working) days. Provide us pictures of your item, include in the correspondence why you would like to return the item, and send it to welcome@useable.design. After acceptance, we provide you the returning instructions. Keep in mind that we don't give allowance on returning items that are bought with discount.
> Refunds: Once returned items have been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please consult our full Return Policy for additional details regarding the return period and any exceptions.

> Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in fulfilling orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Useable Store operates. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or purchases made shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

Useable Design her returning address is Keurenplein 41, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We only receive a returning, if it has been approved. Request your returning firstly via welcome@useable.design.
